Honey Powder

健康无添加,醇享真滋味

Pure & Wholesome, Savor True Flavor.

Honey Powder is made by drum-drying natural liquid honey with a food-grade starch carrier into a shelf-stable powder.

It delivers real honey flavor and outperforms liquid honey in most industrial applications: easier to dose, no stickiness, and a much longer shelf life.

Main advantages of Honey Powder
Why choose Honey Powder
Renowned National Bakery Chain

"We switched to honey powder two years ago. Dosing is precise, no waste, and the flavor is consistent batch to batch."

Prominent International Flavor Company

"We started using honey powder in our seasonings over ten years ago—one of the first to do it. It gives our products a fuller, more natural flavor, and our customers can tell the difference."

Central Bakery Plant

"We get better dough texture, richer color on our bread, and the crumb stays soft longer. It is a natural ingredient that actually performs—no trade-offs."

Leading Domestic Meat Products Group

"We are picky about ingredients—flavor and function both have to deliver. Honey powder exceeded our expectations, especially in prepared meats, sausages, and barbecue."

The core value of honey powder

Making industrial food production easier is just the start. Honey powder goes further.

Honey powder fits industrial manufacturing. It handles at scale in ways liquid honey can't, and our customers notice. One of them put it best: “Healthy and additive-free, a better taste for tomorrow, and an essential tool for mass production.” That is the product in a sentence—clean, natural, built for production.

Better products. Better flavor. Faster production. That is what it does.

Honey is a what bees make from flower nectar, ripened with their own enzymes. Over 180 compounds have been identified—mostly fructose and glucose (70%+), with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes in smaller amounts. No one has ever replicated real honey in a lab.

For food and beverage manufacturers buying honey in bulk, we offer a range of varieties and packaging. Industrial packing options include export-grade steel drums and IBC totes—practical and built for freight.

Honey and wine are good for wounds, but in different ways: wine, being dry, is good for a fresh wound; honey, being detergent and dessicant, is good for an old wound, or for one that is healing badly.

Honey is attenuant and heating, and if it is good, it is diuretic and makes the bowels pass.
